AUDIOCODES

AudioCodes (www.audiocodes.com - 408-577-0488) makes a host of solutions for telecom developers. Among their latest are a series of voice-over-packet media gateway modules: PMC-sized boards that provide the primary building blocks for the development of next generation equipment such as media gateways, VoIP enabled class 4/5 switches, VoIP enabled conferencing bridges, IP PBXs, and VoIP enabled routers.

The modules use AudioCodes' award-winning and field-proven TrunkPack software. AudioCodes Media Gateway Modules range from low to very high density. Of particular interest is the TPM-800 - a CPCI-based MGM card that can support up to 240 channels of voice or fax with a 30msec echo tail.

AudioCodes also makes the impressive CPCI-based IPM1610, a voice-over-packet media processing card supporting 16 T1/E1s; and a host of other products for wireline and wireless markets.
