Wi-Fi Alliance Cracks Down On Speed Enhancements: Page 2 of 2

Wi-Fi Alliance will only certify products if they are interoperable with all other certified products.

The organization said the new certification standards have gone into effect immediately. The Wi-Fi Alliance is a trade organization consisting of 200 Wi-Fi equipment vendors.
