Until the court decides on the SCO vs. IBM case, it would appear that any license SCO sells is pretty much worthless.

Regardless of SCO's stated objectives and analysts' posturing, until
the court decides on the SCO vs. IBM case, it would appear that any license SCO sells is no more valid for Linux than one you might find in a crackerjack box.
