An organization I belong to, wanted to put up a poll. So I created my Myself database, and then went to Dreamweaver MX 2004 to create the Insertion Form. After an hour or so of trying to get a Data Connection - (my fault, mea culpa, mea culpa; I don't read too well sometimes, and gave Dreamweaver the wrong information " duh!) it finally connected.
I then used the wizard, and presto-chango, I had a working form. I also wrote a report, and added some other useful information into my database, like IP address and current date and time, all using PHP and Dreamweaver MX 2004.
