What Do We Consider Appropriate for This Review?
To be qualified for this review, we will only consider products offering Document Management functionality with XML (Extensible Markup Language) support. The Document Management system must include a tightly integrated records management component. The user interface to both document and record management must be available from standard PC clients supporting MS-Windows and Web browsers.

All products will be reviewed based on the answers provided to the attached Request for Information. We will judge products based on the following criteria:
